基本ルール
- ぶら下げインデントを使用する
- すべての項目をダブルスペースにする
- 著者の姓のアルファベット順に並べる
- ページのタイトルを「引用文献一覧」にする
- コンテナ（書籍・雑誌・ウェブサイト）のタイトルは斜体にする
